This lovely two bedroom/two bath condo is conveniently located at Point East, a quiet, well-maintained condo community on Route 1 in Wells. This unit sleeps 6 and has two levels and beautiful views of Wells Harbor and Drakes Island. The first level has a bedroom with queen bed, a full bath, living/dining room with slider to the balcony with electric grill and a fully equipped kitchen. The spiral staircase will bring you up to the second level where you will find the master bedroom suite with adjoining full bath. Each bedroom and living room has their own TV and ceiling fan. Additional Rollaway bed and air mattress available. You can relax by the pool, in the hot tub or play a game of tennis. Only a five minute drive to beautiful Drakes Island beach where you can walk, swim or lounge the day away. Perfectly located between Kennebunkport to the North and Ogunquit to the South.
